Agricultural Lease Land which is subject to the Rec Access legislation has been available within iHunter for many years. Users are able to see the boundaries of the lease land, along with the Contact information of leaseholders, standard conditions of access, leaseholder conditions, special conditions approved by the minister, contact information for the Rangeland agrologists, and more.

We understand that having tens of thousands of users looking at this data has increased the number of calls and emails that Leaseholders are receiving. The increase in awareness, and ultimately increase in access requests, puts a significant burden on the Leaseholder. We are working on some tools for Leaseholders to help manage the demand, and are looking for input from stakeholders.
